The Front Desk/Guest Service Agent  is responsible for greeting guests and homeowners, the check in/out process, taking owner reservations, maintaining guest and group accounts, managing incoming telephone and email correspondence.  May assist other staff with coordination of housekeeping, inspections  and maintenance.  Responsible for cleanliness of Guest Reception and surrounding public areas.  

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting guests during their stay
  • Providing baggage handling
  • Checking arrivals and departures for each unit daily
  • Checking buildings
  • Changing lightbulbs
  • Light maintenance duties
  • Delivering packages and other duties relating to guest comfort and convenience
  • Answering phones at the front desk
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent - required
  • College degree - preferred 
  • Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English - required
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs - required
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 5 hours at a time without sitting - required
  • Possess a Valid U.S. Driver’s License - required
  • Must have an acceptable driving record - required
  • At least 1 year of previous guest service/customer service experience - required
  • Able to work weekends and holidays - required
  • Resume - required
  • In-person interview - preferred
