There are immediate openings for experienced Front Desk Agents The Job Description includes but not limited to: Operate Property Management Software, Front Desk duties, ie Check-ins and Check-outs, shift check lists, cash management
Previous experience with Hilton On-Q is an asset Problem-solving guests concerns or proactively exceeding guest expectations. Provide guests with current information about the Hotel rooms, amenities, services and local attractions. Demonstrates and supports Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton brand standards Respond promptly to all guest requests and employees and informing managers of maintenance deficiencies, guest concerns or service issues. Ensure the work environment is tidy and well organized at all times (lobby).
Arrangement of transportation, reservations or services for guests as requested. Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction; handle guest concerns with effective follow-up. Review and balance all credit cards Be able to execute all Fire and Emergency procedures. Confidentiality & discretion must be assured in all interactions. Adhere to all hotel policies, safety and security procedures, Guest confidentiality, etc. Maintain the appropriate personal appearance and hygiene while on duty, including uniform and name badge Other duties as required and assigned by the Manager
Hilton OnQ experience a BIG PLUS
Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent a PLUS
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Must possess excellent customer service skills: friendly, welcoming and professional at all times
Must possess excellent computer skills and an ability to work under pressure.
Must possess excellent time management and multi tasking skills.
Ability to deal with all levels of management, directors & staff in a professional manner.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills. Proficient or familiar with computerized systems including spreadsheets & researching on the internet. Ability to meet deadlines and proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments. Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations. Present a high degree of professional work ethic and image. Diploma/Degree in Tourism or Hospitality an asset. Must be able to work evening shifts which could include weekends and holidays
