Job Description

Enthusiastic, professional, and team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a warm setting.  

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for:

  • Checking guest in/out in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper credit is received, handling special requests when needed.
  • Interact with guest and/or hotel staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
  • Communicate pertinent information to the Front Office Manager, Supervisors, and other department Mangers when needed.
  • Follow department procedures on check posting, charges, cashing checks, and refunds.
  • Answer all incoming reservation calls, setting up guest reservations and assisting sales in entering group reservations when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent People skills and telephone skills.
  • Requires strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently in a sometimes fast-pace environment..
  • Must be able to converse in English, Bilingual is a Plus.
  • Computer experience strongly desired.
  • Hilton OnQ a big plus!
