An upscale hotel in Worcester, MA is looking for a friendly, energetic, team-oriented, and reliable individual to join our Front Office Team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Checking in and checking out guests, creating and modifying guest reservations, managing incoming telephone calls, resolving guest issues, and concierge/bellman duties.
Front Office staff must be able to clearly communicate with guests and handle all guest requests in a timely matter in order to uphold and improve upon the property's high standards.
The abilities to multi-task and retain important information are very important.
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry.
Front Desk Agent
2 years in a customer service position is required.
Previous hotel and Front Office experience is preferred.
Must have a genuinely hospitable and friendly personality.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Must have transportation to and from work.
Must have geographical knowledge of the city and it's attractions/restaurants.
Must have the ability to stand and work at a high pace for an 8-9 hour shift.
Must be flexible to work all shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
