Position is responsible for the short term planning and managing the operations of the Restaurant(s), Room Service, Lounge(s) and Banquets. Recommends promotional ideas and procedural changes. Prepares forecast, implements, monitors and controls the budgets for the various outlets. Conducts training within the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.



At least two years of Food and Beverage management Including Union Management experience preferred.
