Maintaining a consistently smooth running operation. Monitor and critique food quality and service levels. Hiring, and training of all staff for Food and Beverage Outlets and Banquets. Scheduling of staff according to occupancy levels. Monitoring and daily tracking of payroll and revenue. Coaching and counseling staff as well as holding weekly stand-up meetings for staff. Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant, including inspecting tabletops, side-stations and tray stands. Assist Food and Beverage Director with monitoring of all current inventories (liquor, beer, wine, food, etc.) and the ordering of new product. Communicating with the Food and Beverage Director, Sales Manager, Catering Sales Manager and General Manager on upcoming events, and promotions. Will develop and assist with food and beverage special events and in executing banquet and catering events. Provide Marketing Consultant with promotional materials that will help enhance advertising, social media and online reputation. Assist in end of the month inventories. Attending Staff, BEO, food and beverage and pre-con meetings as required. Responsible for timely performance evaluations of staff. Maintaining profitability of food and beverage outlets through forecasting and staffing. Handling of guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Providing a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
