Recognized as one of the country's most comprehensive meeting, spa, fitness and all-season sport destinations our historic resort currently seeks to fill the role of Food and Beverage Director. Offering over 500 room and 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting space it is easy to understand why our property is a popular destination for both social and corporate meeting/event planners. Candidates must have extensive managerial experience preferably in a luxury full service resort setting with a proven track record in devising and implementing new operational, marketing, service delivery and strategic programs related to the efficiency and profitability of a Food & Beverage Department.

-Manage all food and beverage business departments with a few exceptions.
-Revise, generate and direct standard operational controls for/of the Food & Beverage Department
-Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to generate more revenue and profitability across all business segments
-Supervise Food & Beverage managers to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures (i.e. purchasing, staffing, product selection, uniforms, etc.)
-Plan, organize, and manage daily operations and activities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction by providing the highest standard of Food & Beverage quality, presentation and service
-Coordinate with executive chef menu planning and staffing
-Manage staff compliance with all health and safety regulations
-Prepare and operate within annual budget for Food & Beverage Department
-Establish performance standards and manage recruitment of new staff
-Participate as member of the resort executive committee

-Degree in hotel restaurant management or hospitality strongly preferred 
-8+ years experience in a Food & Beverage managerial role
-3 years as Food and Beverage Director
-Experience in all season resort setting and upscale golf operations highly preferred
-Strong restaurant and outlet experience within resort setting would provide for an excellent operational fit

-Ability to develop and implement new food & beverage strategies 
-Versatility to manage a diverse range of managerial responsibilities 
-Keen attention to detail and timeliness
-Cost conscious and profit driven
