Seeking managers to oversee food & beverage needs for full service hotels which would include restaurants, banquets and some over-site in the kitchen areas. The individuals must possess the following:
Thorough knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction. Ability to communicate with others utilizing patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse challenging situations and to collect accurate information to resolve problems. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Ability to access and accurately input information using computer systems. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction. EXPERIENCE
