Embassy Suites by Hilton at the Portland Airport is currently seeking a Lobby Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. We are owned by Atrium Hospitality LP (“Atrium”) a leading hotel management and asset management company headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. Currently, Atrium has 50 hotels and 12,500 rooms in 25 states under management and provides asset management services for an additional 7 properties with 3,624 rooms in 5 states. Our unique owner-operator platform allows us to develop and execute operating, marketing and development strategies that are defined by the interests of our ownership, associates, customers and brands. We have developed an industry-leading executive team to direct our operations, revenue management, marketing, sales and capital planning departments. Collectively, we strive to maximize the financial performance nd value of every asset.

Ensure cleanliness of the hotel flooring. Maintain high level of appearance of flooring according to Company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform work on a cleaning and preventative maintenance scheduled program for all flooring surfaces of the hotel 2. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buffing floors. Power equipment to be used when applicable 3. Stock cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for a shift. 4. Observe and report the need for repairs to flooring 5. Performs any other job related duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Previous cleaning experience preferred 2. Previous experience using flooring machinery (power equipment) preferred 3. High school diploma or equivalent preferred 4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal 5. Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
