Perform Fine Dining service duties as assigned by dining room management.
Ensure the satisfaction of the resort's Fine Dining customers by consistently providing the highest quality of individualized service.
Service Fine Dining customers according to set guidelines.
Perform assigned side duties.
Obey Massachusetts Liquor laws.
Maintain clean Fine Dining room
Perform Heroic Acts.
Know food and beverage fine dining specifications.
Be ready to cross train and work in other areas of the operation.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
