Job Summary:

Execution of the Family Activities (children's programs) at the resort focused on enhancing the value of family experience and providing quality service in a safe and exciting environment in compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures as directed by the Family Activities Coordinator and Hotel Concierge.



Candidate Profile / Job Functions:


* Responsible execution of Family Activities for guests of all ages that are of high quality and enhance the guest experience.
* Take initiative and provide experiences that ensure Family Activities achieve or exceed guests' expectations.
* Should demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
* Needs knowledge of how to solve guest problems and/or who to contact for resolution.
* Ensure that all recreational equipment is in excellent condition and meet safety requirements.
* Lead Activites in accordance with scheduled events.
* Perform other duties as assigned to meet the Family Activities program needs (administrative, budgetary, proposals, sales, etc.)

Qualifications:

Should be a high school graduate or have equivalent experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to establish a rapport with our guests, their children, club and staff members. Strong command of the English language required.

Physical Requirements:

Applicants should be in excellent physical condition, capable of bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting (heavy children, pool recreational equipment, kayak tours etc.). Applicants should also be good swimmers and First Aid/CPR certified.
