Job Description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Solicit business through telephone sales calls, outside sales calls, and direct mail.

* Produce room nights as assigned in yearly contribution goals.

* Meet clients, conduct property tours and promote facilities and services.

* Communicate with past customers to generate repeat business.

* Prepare correspondence to clients, internal booking reports and file maintenance.

* Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.

* Participate in RevMax meetings, pre-convention and post-convention meetings

* Prepare and present weekly or monthly sales reports.

* Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
