This role will actively develop business opportunities to secure business for the hotel.  Will assist the Conference/Conventions team in the day to day servicing of conference and/or convention groups.   You will facilitate tasks or requests, such as; ensure group boxes are in place, room set ups are correct, audio visual is in place, etc and assist in coordinating all details with the while group is in house.  The Executive Meeting Manager will promote team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments and coordinate details with other departments such as VIP amenities, special requests, or other service needs or special handling.  You may perform other duties as assigned.    

Job Requirements

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, some prior college or experience in hotel or meeting planning preferred. Ability to type at least 50 wpm; proficient  PC computer skills.  You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
