Executive Housekeeper    

Our Executive Housekeeper oversees the department that ensures our guests have a clean, comfortable, quality stay.  The Executive Housekeeper is the housekeeping and laundry departments’ leader.  They inspire their employees.  They engage with guests.  All while running an efficient department to provide clean, orderly, attractive rooms to provide our guests a quality lodging experience.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, just two miles off Loop 101 in North Scottsdale.  This hotel is located close to two major outdoor shopping centers, several Fortune 500 corporations and a variety of restaurants.  This 123-room Hampton Inn & Suites offers its guests all the Hampton amenities

This job might be for you if you:     

Are an active leader in all aspects of housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, room inspections, deep cleaning, laundry, public areas and meeting space.

Are proficient and be responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.

Know how to recruit, hire, train and retain top talent that will give the WOW experience to all guests. 

Have the ability to not only supervise the housekeeping and laundry staff but mentor and motivate them as well.

Can respond quickly and courteously to guests’ questions and requests in a friendly and efficient manner. 

Are capable of scheduling housekeeping staff in accordance with occupancy forecasts.

Can schedule and manage ongoing deep cleaning activities to ensure quality accommodations.

Are a strong leader and will make sure cleanliness standards are met by personally inspecting rooms and public areas.

Are sharp at controlling all linen and uniforms quantities and take monthly inventory.  

Have demonstrated the ability to be responsible for the inventory of all amenities and guest supplies needed by the housekeeping staff.

Can professionally communicate throughout the day with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
