Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of two (2) years of hotel housekeeping experience required, preferably in reputable hotel brand.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred).
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous Executive Housekeeper experience required.
Knowledge of housekeeping policies and procedures required.
Knowledge of budgeting, purchase orders, inventory, staff scheduling, lost & found claims and incident reports required.
Ability to hire, train, motivate and direct others.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds periodically on a daily basis.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
