We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef who can develop and implement F&B strategies while leading the team to deliver the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following, but not limited to:
*Directs the administrative functions and the planning of the Culinary Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
*Describes, assigns, and delegates responsibility and authority of various departments: Culinary Operations, Catering, Banquets, Restaurants, Lounge, and Room Service.
*Establish Policies & Procedures for the effective operation of all areas.
*Directs and participates in the writing of all menus.
*Assists in establishing and achieving profit objectives and desired standards of food quality, service standards, overall sanitation, and merchandising and marketing efforts.
*Reviews and evaluates customer satisfaction of all food & beverage outlets and banquet services.
*Implements effective food  purchasing and receiving standards.
*Promotes positive Guest and Associate experiences.

Job Requirements

 

All candidates must have 5 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 3 years of progressive experience as an Executive Chef. Creative, Energetic, detail orientated person that shares or wants to share the same culinary vision of the future of cold and hot food presentations with our culinary team. Small plates, individual portion sizes, modern displays and live cooking stations are what we do. Must have Excellent organizational skills. Must be computer literate and Microsoft Office knowledge a plus.
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of preparation techniques, preferably in an upscale resort environment. We are looking for a dedicated F&B professional who has a great attention to detail and is looking for further career advancement. Ability to lead and manage a team of culinary professionals while creating a positive work environment.
