Job Description

The Executive Assistant will assist and support the Vice President/General Manager of Kahler Hospitality Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs administrative duties for executive management.

Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars.

Making travel, meeting and event arrangements.

Preparing reports and financial data.

Answer and respond to telephone inquiries, customer relations.

Distribute out-going and inter-office mail and documentation throughout the hotel and mail room.

Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.

Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Requisites

  • Strong computer knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.  

  • High School required, college degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience required, Human Resources or Legal background preferred.
  • Hotel experience a plus.
