The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Salesand/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests and will work closely with the Eventsoperation team on the delivery of last minute changes and any on-site contact requests.It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Full time position that requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, holidays and a varied schedule.

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

Must be extremely creative, innovative, detail oriented and organized.

Ideal candidate should be multitask oriented.

Must have previous experience with direct client and/or guest interactions in any type of customer service setting.

Prior hotel catering experience preferred.
