Job Details

• Service and detail groups with less than 10 rooms on peak and in-suite events

• Create and distribute banquet event orders and resumes ensuring that accurate information is communicated to respective departments on a timely basis

• Walk meeting rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure successful execution

• Welcome group upon arrival to the hotel and/or event and ensure guest satisfaction

• Follow up with clients during meetings, according to hotel standards

• Develop strong working relationships with hotel department heads and operational areas

• Assist with weekly and monthly reports, data management and other administrative duties as needed


A high school degree or equivalent education is required, with a college degree helpful. Clear, effective verbal and written English communication skills are essential. This position requires excellent organization skills and attention to detail. The ability to operate a telephone, computer, and various software is expected, with Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge helpful. A general understanding of sales operations is also helpful.
