Position Details
  • Create and check standard recipes and the preparations process of it to ensure portion control, uniformity of taste and quality.

          制定菜品原材料料单及原料加工程序并实时检查以确保出品分量,味道等品质标准得到贯彻执行。

  • Create daily requisitions and kitchens transfers with the given ordering systems.

          起草并使用规定系统和程序, 执行采购及部门间转接原料及食品的操作。

  • Report all challenges and failures of machinery, tools or equipment's and follow up.

          及时汇报并跟进设备用具的维护状况,及时报损及跟进维护和维修。

  • Liaise and communicate with other Sous Chefs and Section leaders on any inter departmental requirements.

          与其他厨师长和部门主管及时沟通与联系以保持部门间工作协调一致。

  • Attend all training sessions deemed suitable by the Department Head.

          及时参加与本职位相关的培训。

  • The Sous Chef is assisting the Executive Sous Chef with the production and quality control of all foods prepared in his/her respective area section.

          协助行政副总厨在其各自责任区域内完成所有食物准备工作及食物出品质量控制。

  • Works closely with the Executive Sous Chef in planning adequate supply of required items for restaurants and banquets, menu development and other related areas.

          与行政副总厨紧密协作,为零点餐厅,宴会筹划出品,制作并更新菜单,并提供相关支持。
