Hire, train and manage room service staff.
Keep Inventory of room service supplies.
Work with Koi Executive Chef on menus and food items/beverage service for room service.
Develop pricing and relationship with outside catering companies for catering food orders.
Provide catering F&B for corporate meetings/fashion editor events/screenings/private cocktail parties.
Plan monthly hotel amenities for VIP hotel guests.
Sell/plan/organize private parties for Cellar Bar events.
Must have 3-4 years experience in Food and Beverage Management.
Must have Banquet or Sales experience selling Food and Beverage.
Knowledge of OPERA preferable.
