Looking for a seasoned Director of Sales who has Full-Service Hotel sales experience.
We are a full service, flagged hotel with 210 sleeping rooms consistently ranked #1 with Trip Advisor and offer over 37,000 square feet in our associated Convention Center.
This person MUST have 3 or more years selling Hotel & Convention or Convention Center setting.
This position will report directly to the General Manager. We offer a very competitive base salary plus a generous bonus plan.
Job Duties include:
Coordinates and supports the Sales Team
Supports Convention Center Manager and hotel Operations Manager
Develops, reviews and maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Marketing plans.
Develops and implements sales action plans on an on-going basis
Ensures Sales Managers achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
Sets Sales goals for the Sales team
Consistently monitor results to goals.
Provide leadership to the sales team to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
