Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hotel Director of Sales to utilize their 5+ years of solid sales leadership experience to take our two Savannah Midtown Hotels to the next level. The Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn properties have recently completed a full renovation and are just in need of that dynamic DOS to generate new sales as well as continue our excellent relations in the Savannah market. Our Hilton Garden Inn features 132 guest rooms, 3100 square feet of meeting/event space, and our guest favorite - the Garden Grill, our full service dining option located on property. Next door our equally as nice, Hampton Inn, hosts 120 guest rooms, 1600 square feet of meeting/event space including our deluxe boardroom as well as oversized indoor pool, 24 hour Pavilion Pantry, and our famous complimentary breakfast daily. Do you possess the proven ability to drive GSS? Hire, mentor and lead a team to outstanding results? And have the hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results? The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in select service hotel operations, currently a seasoned hotel Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager ready to take on their next leadership role, market experience of Savannah helpful and experience with the Hilton brand preferred.

The Concord DOS
Your role as the Dual Director of Sales is key in the hotel's success. You will develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of both hotels. This is an advanced level position designed to lead a combined sales office in the solicitation of new and maintenance of existing transient, group, and meeting room business. The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales/marketing and advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.

5+ years Hotel Director of Sales Experience Required
Hilton Experience Preferred
Savannah Market Experience helpful but will relocate the right candidate
Must possess excellent sales skills, strong negotiator and closer
