We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Director of Rooms.
The Director of Rooms is responsible for short term and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms and related areas of this full service, first class resort. Major areas of responsibility/management include: Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc. The Director of Rooms will actively participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.
Previous successful Front Office and Housekeeping experience in a full service hotel is required. Previous Room Division Management preferred. Knowledge of yield management is required. Our fast-paced environment requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The ability to effectively lead and direct the work of others is required.
