Review and analyze market and competitive intelligence on a daily basis. Use analysis to update selling restrictions and inventory controls in ihotelier & PMS and EZ Yield
Authorize update of selling restrictions in distribution channels (GDS, third party Internet etc) on daily basis ensuring rate integrity. Prepare 10/30 day forecasts for hotel on a weekly basis to ensure proper staffing and distribute to operational Departments within Property. Prepare 90-day forecasts monthly in conjunction with the Director of Sales Complete monthly and annual RevPar Index goals with the DOS. Work with the DOS and team to formulate special rates and promotions. Formulate the hotel room revenue budget using a systematic approach including day-by-day forecasts by segments in conjunction with the DOS. Set a clear path and ensure that all resources are utilized to maintain and/or increase RevPar Index. Recommend MARs' in Delphi as needed to ensure maximum group yield by the Sales Team.
Review and approve all TA commissions Be part of the daily business review meeting with the Sales Team.
Work with DOSM revenue goals, understanding PACE and proper mix. Conduct Weekly RevMax Meeting for the property adhering to the Corporate SOP. Communicate to Reservation(s) and Front Desk Team(s) any change in sales strategy and ensure compliance. Liaison with Marketing for the branding position and placement for promotions and packages. Continuously look to improve the revenue management process through the investigation of new tools, methods, and procedures implementing changes accordingly. Conduct displacement analysis for groups and long term business when required.
