The Crowne Plaza Dallas downtown is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee operations at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
BACHELORS DEGREE PLUS A MINIMUM OF FIVE OR MORE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A FOUR DIAMOND, FULL-SERVICE, 250 ROOM HOTEL OR LARGER.
We will pay flight, travel, accommodation, and meal if you are a qualified candidate as determined by Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown Human Resources Department.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualities: - Must be a competent leader and a great team player. - History of delivering guest service and meeting guest expectation. - Maintain established cost and quality standards while maximizing profits, and developing and retaining employees. - Ability to resolve guest complaints and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. - Ability to complete special projects as assigned by the owner. - Ensure that the staff is properly trained for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. - Manage human resource functions of the hotel by controlling turnover, motivating employees, and focusing on employee development.
- Must be a highly self-motivated person with a strong sense of urgency. - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
