JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible to complete all human resources functions in a timely, effective and efficient manner, to include: recruiting, hiring, payroll, benefits administration, leave of absence, worker’s compensation, employee relations, training and development. Responsible to ensure Hotel compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsible to lead Human Resources efforts and strategies. Manage hotel and Human Resource strategy to develop a service oriented culture. Also responsible to manage all Human Resource policies, procedures and practices.
