The emphasis of this job is to manage the large banquet production!!!
This is an Award Winning Hotel/Resort that is dedicated to proudly producing an amazing food creation that Meeting Planners and Brides constantly provide high reviews!
We are seeking a qualified culinarian who has experience with producing high quality of food, is creative, can lead a kitchen team, manage cost and conduct tastings to win over the client.
Job Details and Requirements:
*Collaborate/communicated with Sales/Catering, Stewarding, Banquet Floor, Purchasing, Culinary Team w/Pastry Shop, etc.
*Skilled at producing a food product at the AAA 4-Diamond/Forbes 4-Star expectations.
*Able to control expenses, work with a budget.
*Use standard culinary operating procedures, hire, train, monthly team meetings etc.
*Culinary Degree highly desirable
