If you are an accomplished Restaurant General Manager in a high-end restaurant or hotel property looking to join a world class hotel and restaurant, this may be a great match for you!

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a highly acclaimed, four-star boutique hotel & restaurant in the New England area. We need a very polished, poised restaurant professional who can lead a fine-dining restaurant, in-room dining, and catering department. This hotel & restaurant has received numerous accolades and awards, and is one of the best companies in the market to work for!

 

For a Restaurant General Manager of Food and Beverage Director wanting to showcase their fine-dining background, this is an excellent opportunity. We are searching for a restaurateur with experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel similar to Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Omni, The Jefferson, The Hay-Adams, St. Regis, Intercontinental, or Mandarin Oriental. Must enjoy a hands-on style of management and interacting with guests in the dining room, and have proven success at leading a motivated team of restaurant professionals. Candidates with strong wine experience and a sommelier certification are highly desired.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Hospitality Degree
  • 5-7 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel property
  • Expertise in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling
