Position Description:

Position Description Ensure that scheduled events, conventions, parties etcs have all arrangements made to provide the customer with a very high level of service and quality.
Manage staffing levels to company standards, instrucdt associates to ensure quality and producitvity expectations are met for all events.
Meet with function group leaders to determine last minute changes and discuss various set up arrangements.
Ensure proper serice to clients during the event.
Ensure proper cleaning of all equipment after function is completed.
Supervise assigned events personnel: hiring, training, performance planning and development, promotions, and disciplinary actions including separation of employment.
Ensure staf follows company guideslines.
Assist personnel in setting up a function room to the desired specifications set forthe by the sales office.
All duities as assigned.
