Digital Marketing Manager with Hotel/Lodging Focus...

We are seeking a positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The position will report to the EVP of Sales, Marketing and Revenue and support hotels with the development, implementation, and management of online marketing programs, websites, social media, SEO, content, and related programs.

This individual will collaborate with other FHG team members, as well as outside digital agencies and property staff to ensure all program objectives are achieved and revenue is maximized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for all facets of marketing. They will work with designated hotels to create branded and unique property identities, supporting with online and offline content and initiatives that develop the hotel’s identity, all in all executing a thoughtful marketing plan and achieving measurable results.

Essential Job Duties:

* Manage and maintain innovative social media content
* Gather and create content (written and visual) for printed and digital marketing collateral
* Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies to include, but not limited to maintaining and marketing websites, employing corporate brand marketing and leveraging social media
* Monitor marketing trends, tools and applications specific to the hotel industry and target market(s)
* Measure and report impact of marketing strategies
* Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to ensure maximum potential of key marketing strategies including, but not limited to, third party websites
* Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management
