Mission Statement


Bridgeton Holdings LLC operates a portfolio of hotels across the continental United States. Based in New York City with offices in San Francisco and St. Louis, it runs its properties under its Walker and Cloverleaf banners, also operating independently labeled and major chain hotels.

Job Description

A Manhattan based vertically integrated real estate developer, with assets across North America, seeks a development project management professional with a design and construction background.  You will work hand in hand with the entire project team while overseeing the construction process from acquisition through close out. Must have experience in budgeting/estimating, working with design/construction teams, and project administration. Project development budgets range from $100k to $100mm. This is a unique owner's side opportunity to join a hardworking and growing family with tremendous long-term potential. Some travel may be required.  

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Engineering -  or substantial hands-on experience with a major construction, owner's rep, or design firm.
  • Minimum four years' experience in construction, engineering, & architecture.
  • Development and/or construction experience in New York, some being ground-up.
  • Experience with reading plans, takeoffs, bidding, payment applications, construction administration, and contracts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects successfully.
  • Computer skills including excel, word processing, and scheduling.
