Customer Relations Specialist

About The Job
Churchill Living, a corporate housing company, is in need of a polished professional with refined customer relations skills to respond to guest inquiries and requests. Our Customer Service Specialist will follow through with all guest requests until successfully completed, troubleshoot customer service issues, schedule field employees, manage the guest arrival process, provide customer service team coverage as needed, responsible for VIP accounts, coordinate special key arrangement activities and train new members of the Customer Relations Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to remain calm, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Three (3) to five (5) years corporate housing or hospitality experience a must; bachelors degree preferred.
Days/Hours: Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm
Saturday and/or Sunday (rotating schedule) - 9:00 am to 5:30pm (remote from home)
