We are seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and experienced CRM Administrator to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ELS’s platform, collaborating with marketing, technology, sales, operations, as well as our external partners. In this role you will help build and continuously improve a first class customer management tool that will transform the reservation experience for our customers and agents. You will work closely with multiple teams at ELS, including analytics, to build scalable reporting that drives business insights and action.

Job Duties include:

* Analyze business and technical requirements for CRM to provide appropriate solutions and/or


* Working collaboratively with internal departments to gather requirements and develop solutions to address the needs of the business.

* Maintain and administer the Salesforce CRM environment including user administration, sales data management, workflow, and report development.

* Specify the quality assurance process that will ensure the overall quality and continual improvement of Salesforce CRM application enhancements.

* Provide CRM end user support.

* Develop end user training material and provide training to users with varying skill levels: end user, power user and admin level.

* Maintain and enforce Salesforce CRM security and policies.

* Ensures change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.

* Ensure that critical systems data is backed up and recoverable in the event of a disaster.

Requirements include:

* Experience with Salesforce CRM support and administration

* Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a 2+ year’s technical experience preferred

* Experience working with Call center applications a plus

* Experience with middleware such as Jitterbit a plus

* Demonstrated project management methodology knowledge, analytical troubleshooting and support skills.

* Ability to develop strong relationships and work with all levels within the organization

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

* Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment

* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
