The Corporate Senior Director of Sales will direct sales support of Pivot, implement and execute policies and practices at hotels, ensures communications are coordinated, supports objectives and meets expenditure requirements in conjunction with head of marketing. Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses, actively develop all Directors of Sales, ensuring they have opportunities to grow their leadership skill base through personal attention, internal/external training and participation in industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ above property executive sales leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years hotel direct sales experience.
• Exemplary business communication skills written and verbal with all levels of organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system, i.e. Delphi, Daylight is preferred.
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Able to understand and analyze statistical data including hotel P&L, segment forecasts and pace reporting
• Prior experience with creation and execution of a Sales and Marketing Plan to reach RevPAR, catering, banquet goals.
• Ability to direct/motivate hotel sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Travel as required, likely 50% or more.
