Corporate CRM Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As CRM manager, you will play a critical role in creating and managing an enterprise-level CRM and Loyalty program for our 5 Meritage Collection resorts. From strategy to execution, this role is pivotal in helping to connect our guests to our hotel brands. The ideal candidate has experience that spans email marketing, data segmentation, analytics, and project management.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Partner with resort marketing teams and agency leads to create highly targeted lifecycle and ad-hoc email campaigns that meet aggressive engagement and revenue KPIs
  • Own the CRM marketing efforts supporting our DISCOVERY Loyalty Program
  • Manage the guest satisfaction survey outreach process and work collaboratively with the property teams to ensure that survey response levels are in line with expectations
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene, integrity and security with our guest databases
  • Identify ways to optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including open rate, CTR, bookings, engagement and subscriber retention
  • Establish measurement framework and reporting standards for all CRM efforts
  • Be the steward for compliance with all privacy regulations surrounding CRM activities, including CAN-SPAM regulations


Job Requirements:


  • 5+ years of email marketing experience with a track record of managing B2C customer lifecycle campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience in hospitality marketing, with a focus on luxury resorts, highly preferred
  • Proficiency in data modeling and segmentation analysis, with specialized experience in RFM and CLTV optimization
  • Solid command of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Analytical mindset with experience delving into data and identifying opportunities through multivariate testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct-response copywriting experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Cendyn and SynXis platforms is ideal, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands to reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.  Must be able to lift/move and exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard, calculator and other office/IT equipment.
