Reconcile Hotel bank reconciliations, credit card and balance sheet accounts.
Prepare multiple monthly financial statements and distribute monthly financials.
Review and approve AP submissions weekly.
Post entries to general ledger, analyze and interpret variances as they may arise.
Assist with annual budgeting process.
Responsible for handling accounting duties for a variety of properties.
Provide guidance for field team and corporate staff accountants.
Assist with process improvement and adherence to company accounting practices Assist CFO
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required.
Experience in the Hospitality Industry with multiple property experience a plus.
Previously experience completing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements strongly desired.
High attention to detail & accuracy in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong organization and analytical skills Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Flexibility to adjust priorities in response to rapidly changing circumstances/deadlines
M3 Accounting knowledge a strong plus.
Ability to work effectively with a range of people with various backgrounds and expertise Some travel required
