Job Description:

Position provides administrative support to convention services managers by performing office duties including but not limited to, generating documents, reporting, and customer service.  Coordinator will also be responsible for servicing assigned groups by coordinating details to create successful events.

Job Requirements

Candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; must be organized and be able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.  Must be proficient in Microsoft  Office applications.  Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM (hours may vary).  Delphi software and previous administrative/convention service experience preferred.  Must have a hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.   Must be willing to actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
