- Ensures meeting and event areas including kiosks and business center are clean .
- Sets -up meetings / events based on written event orders.
- Is flexible to accommodate last minute and frequent changes to plan .
- Ensure client requirements and standards have been met , if not exceeded .
- Focused on expert execution and exceeding guest expectations.
- Keep equipment clean, performs minor maintenance and reports all maintenance and safety issues immediately to supervisor .
- Often works directly with guest and must be able to communicate effectively creating a sense of confidence to guest.
