Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Camelback Mountain in the exclusive enclave of Paradise Valley, the Montelucia Resort & Spa features 253 luxurious guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property’s distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain’s Andalusia region. The property also includes the award-winning Moroccan inspired Joya Spa, three resort pools and five dining options including the critically acclaimed restaurant, Prado. The resort, which is adjacent to the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale, offers easy access to golf, recreation, nightlife and entertainment.

Job Description:

To handle all Administrative duties as required by the Conference Service and Catering Departments.


* Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
* Read and analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
* Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
* Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
* Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
* Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to provide efficient guest service in response to requests received through personal guest requests, telephone calls, and email.
* Provide attentive and timely service for all requests including meeting room needs, copies, faxes, messages, shipping, and all other guest needs.
* Communicate to conference services staff in a professional manner over radio as needed. Assist with copying, faxing, typing, producing letters, creating signs, and shipping & receiving of office mail.
* Exceptional guest service experience is required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Previous hospitality industry experience is preferred.
* Delphi Experience a plus.


Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and administrative duties.
