QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of local businesses, area attractions, and community events.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Ensure that all guests are being taken care of in a quick and professional manner. Keep Front Office Management informed of all problems or situations that may be of concern on a timely basis. Assist in maintaining proper information and updating the files at the Concierge desk. Order supplies for desk weekly. Provide and disburse up-to-date information concerning all local activities, special events and area attractions. Be aware of all in-house or arriving V.I.P.’s.
Assist other departments as needed.
Indoor lobby setting, with a desk and phone. High visibility with constant guest contact.
