PM Hotel Group is looking for a Sales Superstar. The Complex Director of Sales and Marketing will be challenged to oversee the sales operations for the Courtyard by Marriott Waldorf and Hampton Inn.
Ideal Complex Director of Sales and Marketing is driven by the excitement and success of partnering with customers and confirming business, self-motivated while being active and engaged member of high performing team. The ideal candidate understands the importance of strategically placing business inside the hotel to maximize overall revenue while maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Sales without an incredible incentive program.
- Ideal candidate will have Marriott and/or Hilton experience in the market;
- Proficient in property management system and hotel service pro.
- Exceptional communications skills
- Develop and conduct sales presentations
- Prepare and execute annual market plans
- Research and develop marketing and advertising opportunities\Effectively staff, train and manage sales team
- Coordinate research of the travel industry to detect market trends for the development of new marketing strategies
- Develop and execute a budget and marketing strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel/market trends and creating selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue and meet/exceed sales goals.
