Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Director of Communications and the Director of Sales and Marketing in all matters relating to public relations, advertising, direct mail, promotions and other marketing communications.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
Good in computer literate such as knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access plus basic knowledge of computer/IT hardware and software infrastructures & programming.
Good at Internet savvy i.e. knowledgeable of various online tools & resources.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
Must also be creative .
With relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
