Job Description
As the Chief Maintenance Engineer, you will be a member of the Property Management Team, responsible for leading the maintenance department and managing daily maintenance operations at our hotel property.

The Chief Maintenance Engineer has the opportunity to utilize his/her skills and talents to perform and direct preventative maintenance programs/repairs for equipment, guestrooms and the hotel overall.

The Chief Maintenance Engineer will also perform minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool and building-related repairs, as well as acting as a ‘project manager’ on larger maintenance related projects.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
• Guest-focused with an outstanding attitude
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions precisely, consistently, on-time, and error free
• Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience in preventative maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components
• 3+ years of hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment
• Is CPO certificated or has the ability to attain within 60 days of employment
