We are seeking an outstanding and talented Chef de Rang to join the new opening in Spring 2014 of the Rosebery, Tea Room and Champagne Lounge.
We are looking for a driven individual with outstanding qualities, ideally someone who has worked in similar luxury environment. The ideal candidate will provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service experience to our clientele, as well as being a passionate individual with a natural ease and presence on the floor. You will report directly to the Rosebery Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor.
You will also have excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge for food, tea and Champagnes.
You will come from a luxury restaurant/hotel background with at least 2 years previous experience as a Waiter/Chef de Rang.
