We are recruiting a Chef de Partie in Mandarin Oriental Kitchens.
Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park has 6 outstanding function rooms in order to host memorable events. We are looking for a Chef de Partie, you will take part in the elaboration and production of menus for these events. You can adapt yourself depending on the type and size of event. You have a great passion for culinary arts and you are excited about working on different projects at all times.
The candidate has ideally a Culinary Diploma or an NVQ level 1,2, and 3.
He will also preferably have previous experience in a luxury, five star environment.
