It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take a leading roll in the restaurant kitchen, supporting the Executive Sous Chef, leading and inspiring the team to create a 5 Star 5 Diamond environment.
The Chef de Cuisine will in conjunction with the Executive Sous Chef lead the culinary team alongside the other Sous Chefs. Working tirelessly to maintain quality in food and work environment.
