Part Time Catering Coordinator on Mondays - Fridays 12 pm - 6 pm
Catering assistant serves as a coordinator for Catering Department and Catering Sales Managers (CSM)
The job encompasses a variety of tasks and duties required to provide complete event services to our members.
The candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with our members and representatives of fortune 1000 companies.
A CAN DO attitude that is professional, friendly, outgoing and organized.
Team Player with the ability to multitask and shift gears, as we get a lot of interruptions.
A keen eye for detail
A desire to do events and be in hospitality.
Must dress professionally.
Organizational skills and Etiquette are a must.
Responsibilities include Answering telephones, handling inquiries, and managing leads
Communicates changes from CSMs to different departments
Manages shipping and receiving of packages for events
Manages menu and collateral
Work with Marketing on Marketing and Social Media needs
Support the Catering Managers and departmental needs
Experience using online Catering sales systems and highly competent with computer
Must be self motivated, self sufficient and self driven
Must be well organized
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
