Job Description


The Hilton Santa Clara is seeking a Cashier to join our great team and enjoy all the benefits of our exciting hotel environment! Come be part of one of the finest Santa Clara Four Diamond Hotels featuring 280 rooms in the heart of Silicon Valley next to the San Francisco 49'ers Levis Stadium, Great America Amusement Park and Santa Clara Convention Center.

The Cashier is Responsible to handle cash, credit transaction following hotel’s procedures and standards while providing exceptional customer service. Available to work on event dates and times for tailgates.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and handle cash/credit transaction to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
  • Anticipate Guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all Guests, however busy.
  • Maintain positive Guest relations at all times.
  • Interact in courteous and professional manner with Guests.
  • Greet all guests within the first 60 seconds.
