Crowne Plaza Hotel in Downtown Seattle is looking for a friendly and skilled cafeteria cook to staff our small employee cafeteria. Please see below for details and description. This is a PART-TIME position. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. MORNING SHIFT



$17.00 PER HOUR




 

BASIC PURPOSE:Provide hotel employees with satisfactory meal and service in an environment that is pleasant and relaxing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:-Cook and prepare the daily employee meal for associates-Use kitchen appliances and equiptment safely and skillfully-Stock all self-service areas with proper equipment and food items-Obtain needed supplies from food purchaser and dishwasher-Maintain standards of food sanitation and food quality-Breakdown the cafeteria at end of meal and clean all relevant areas-Properly dispose of cafeteria waste and unused food items-Restock coffee machine, soda machine, milk machine, etc.REQUIREMENTS:At least one year cooking experience. Good knife and prep skills. Able to operate and clean flat top grill and deep fryer. Ability to communicate in basic English. High school diploma or equivalent education. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
